I am sure most of you heard of this saying, but do you really understand its meaning?
Rumi tells us that the love of God is the ultimate love. If you are a mystic, then you are one in love with God and his greatness. God is the Creator of everything. Nothing can exist without his will - good or bad. Everything comes from him and everything will go back to him. He is The Source.
So, when someone tells you, "For the love of God, will you do this for me?" That is the ultimate dare and you should not turn down that request if at all possible.
And when you fulfill the request or do any good deed, do not look for approval from anyone; because you did it for The Love of God.
