Ground yourself

I am sure you have heard of the saying that we are electrical beings. You touch something and get a shock and cry out, ouch that hurt. Well, that wouldn't hurt if you didn't have electrical charges in your body, and of course you wouldn't be alive and reading this blog either.

It is great therapy to walk barefoot especially out in nature. Make a point of walking barefoot on your grass, or if you are at a beach and the sand is not too hot to burn you.

Walking barefoot will ground you and harmonize you. You will feel the difference in your mood immediately.

If you live in the northern hemisphere and you see a nice summer day when you look out from your window, get out there and walk barefoot, putz around in your garden, or just sit and touch the ground with your soles.

If you happen to be living where it's winter, then prance around in your bare feet for a few minutes then quickly put on your socks. I don't want to be responsible for your cold feet.

Make walking barefoot part of your daily regimen and enjoy its ground effects.
